কিভাবে ব্যবহার করে

Directions:
Swish: Take a tablespoon of oil and swish it around your mouth, pulling it through your teeth and gums for 10-20 minutes.

Spit: After swishing, spit the oil into a basin or trash can, and rinse your mouth with warm water.

Brush: Brush your teeth as usual.
