How to use

FOR HAIR-Mix the amla powder with water and let settle, Apply to wet hair and massage like shampoo, Rinse after a minute or two.

FOR SKIN- Mix powder & water to form a paste. Apply on the skin for 15-20 mins. Rinse with water.

FOR BODY-Mix 1 tbs with water,juice or your favourite beverage.Add Honey / Lemon / Ginger to taste.
