SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We at HerbSense aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
- Our orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being received.
- Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
- Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require multiple delivery destinations.
- If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
- Any shipment which we are sending for personal use and customer is not answering the call or not replying to our mail then in that case if they ask for a refund that wouldn’t be possible as per our management decision.
Return/ Refunds and Exchange Policy
- To be eligible for a return/ refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/ defect.
- Please email us within 3 days of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
- We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
- Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable
- We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.
- Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been picked up by courier already.
