It is particularly beneficial for those with dry or sensitive skin and yes toner is a beneficial addition to my skincare routine. I personally wasn't a fan of toners back then, as I thought it's just a fooling trick but me standing out as a dry sensitive skin, I knew my skin needs something to make it feel fresh and hydrated. As we all know skin care is subjective so let's accept the fact. Rose toner did help me in my summers and that's true.
